Who is responsible

Jump League is operated by CORA PROPIEDADES, S. de R.L. de C.V. (RFC CPR230517UK1), Calle 7 Sur Diagonal, Mz 29 Lt 3, Local 301, Playacar Fase II, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, México, which is responsible for your personal information.

What we collect

Bookings: your name, email, phone number, the experience, date, number of people, whether you said you're a Mexican resident, any discount code, and payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number and profile name, and the messages you exchange with us.

Website: basic usage statistics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel) to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform.

Our WhatsApp assistant

Messages to our WhatsApp business number may be answered by Cora, an AI assistant. To write a reply, the conversation is processed by Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) and travels through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Anthropic doesn't use these messages to train its models. A person from our team can read the conversation and take over at any time; just ask to talk to a person.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, take and manage your booking, send your confirmation and important updates, keep everyone safe on the day, add you to our community WhatsApp group if you ask for it, and improve our service and advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Jump League: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our booking database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), Anthropic (AI assistant), Google and Microsoft (website statistics). We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. WhatsApp conversations are kept for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing us or writing on WhatsApp. We'll reply within 20 business days. Deleting your WhatsApp conversation with us: send "BORRAR MIS DATOS" / "DELETE MY DATA" and we'll remove it from our systems.
