About Jump League

Jump League is a high-adventure cliff jumping experience in the Riviera Maya designed to help guests overcome fear, connect with nature, and experience one of the most unique cenote activities in Mexico. We work with professional athletes—including some of the top freestyle cliff jumpers in the world—to deliver a safe, unforgettable, and visually stunning experience.

We are expanding, and we’re looking for a Mexican Operations & Partnerships Manager to help us grow and run the day-to-day operations.


Role Overview

We need a highly organized, reliable, social, and proactive person who can manage tour operations, build partnerships with hotels and agencies, coordinate professional athletes, and handle all guest communication.

This role is perfect for someone with a tourism, hospitality, or adventure-tour background who wants to be part of an exciting, fast-growing project with global visibility.


Responsibilities

Tour Operations

  • Oversee the full coordination of all Jump League tours

  • Ensure guest safety, equipment readiness, and tour flow

  • Coordinate transportation and manage arrival logistics

  • Maintain relationships with cenote owners and staff

  • Handle unexpected issues calmly and professionally

Sales, Partnerships & Growth

  • Build and manage partnerships with hotels, hostels, concierges, travel agencies, and DMCs

  • Visit partners regularly to strengthen sales channels

  • Manage commissions and keep partners informed

  • Represent Jump League with confidence and enthusiasm

Guest Communication

  • Manage and convert WhatsApp inquiries

  • Provide tour details and pre-arrival guidance

  • Build trust with guests and ensure smooth booking flow

  • Organize small groups and special-request tours

Athlete Coordination

  • Coordinate with elite athletes, scheduling their participation

  • Ensure athletes follow safety and experience guidelines

  • Help manage content days, media shoots, and special events

  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with the athlete team


Requirements

  • Must be Mexican and based in (or willing to relocate to) Tulum/Playa del Carmen

  • Fluent Spanish + conversational English

  • Tourism, excursions, hospitality, or guest experience background

  • Excellent WhatsApp and in-person communication

  • Organized, punctual, and dependable

  • Comfortable working outdoors and around adventure sports

  • Confident making decisions and leading people

Bonus Experience:

  • Concierge or tourism partnerships

  • Managing groups or tours

  • Adventure tourism or cenote familiarity

  • Social media or content coordination


Compensation

  • $18,000–$25,000 MXN monthly base/commission/bonuses

  • Partner & booking commissions

  • Quarterly performance bonuses
